This is an adaption for Delphi 2009-XE4 of the PngComponents created by Martijn Saly (www.thany.org), which makes use of the new built-in PngImage support.The original Png units from Gustavo Daud are no longer part of the package (mostly because I'm not sure if I may distribute them). So if you want to use it with an earlier version of Delphi, you have to get hands on the original package first. The sources should be compatible downto Delphi 7.This version includes the DEP fix.I also added a fix that properly loads DFMs made with older Delphi versions, which contain PNG images in TImage components. For this to work you have to install the package in the IDE and use PngFunctions somewhere in your project. These projects are generated based on a family id (famid) and an output target directory. There are those instances when the content of an existing HTML page would lend itself to a data driven PHP application. The problem arises because PHP does not appreciate raw HTML. That is where our utility hits its stride. Our Delphi XE3 utility takes raw HTML (including HTML5) and converts it to a format PHP appreciates and can work with.Basically each line in the HTML file is read, formatted and outputted for PHP. This is accomplished by wrapping each line with an echo statement (properly formatted of course). The required PHP sentinel and suffix is added (at the beginning and end of the file respectively) and a new file with a php extension is created. The raw HTML file used as input is left intact.The newly created PHP file is now ready to be included in any PHP project. Point your browser to the location of the PHP file and viola the HTML is delivered to the browser at lightening speed.
