There is a design time bug in TIBQuery that prevents streaming out when the database does not point to a valid database. This fixes this and only this.

Description
There is a design time bug in TIBQuery that prevents streaming out when the database does not point to a valid database. This fixes this and only this.

A second side effect is IBQuery attached to a TIBDatbasae the TIBDatabase can not be streamed out connect=false. It will always get streamed out as true

install instructions.

0. Don't have RAD XE6 running
1. Make a backup copy of ibxpress200.bpl in the $(BDS)\Bin directory
2. Copy the new ibxpress200.bpl into the $(BDS)\bin directory
3. Start RAD Studio.
