Borland Developer Studio 2006 Runtime Redistributables Installer

This file contains important supplementary information that may not appear in the main product documentation. Borland recommends that you read this file in its entirety.

General Notes

To install all runtime redistributable modules, double-click BDS2006Redist.msi and follow the installer prompts.

Installing Redistributables from the command Line

Using the command line prompt, navigate to the location of the runtime redistributables installer and type the following command: msiexec.exe /I "BDS2006Redist.msi" BDP=1 ECO=1 VCLDOTNETSAMPLES=1 INDYNET=1 IWNET=1 /qn

You can install modules on an individual basis by setting the following options:

• BDP=1 installs the BDP.NET modules
• ECO=1 installs ECO and all its dependent modules
• INDYNET=1 installs ECO and all its dependent modules
• IWNET=1 installs ECO and all its dependent modules
• VCLDOTNETSAMPLES=1 installs the VCL Samples and its dependent modules
• VCLDOTNET=1 installs VCL.NET and its dependent modules
• RTLDOTNET=1 installs RTL.NET modules
