Update it with definitions for your language, and upload it to CodeCentral (and email a notice to John Kaster), or just email the file to john.kaster@codegear.com and we can add support for your language on the Developer Network.
Please note: the list of strings in this XML document will grow over time, but untranslated versions of the string gracefully default to the English version if your native version is not available.

- Added a tooltip to the listview that shows the complete text of the translated string
- Added a "copy to clipboard" context menu item for the list view
- Changed the default value editor to a resizeable richedit so the entire text can be seen
- Added a "copy to clipboard" button in the editor dialog
- Added a context menu for the edit fields in the editor dialog

I have removed the xml file from the zip, because some people were still using that file instead of the link to the live XML file.

The latest version of strings.xml can now always be downloaded directly from http://gp.codegear.com/view/template/strings.xml. You should still download the translation tool from this CodeCentral entry, however.
