This download provides the Delphi command line compiler to registered Turbo Professional users.

Install instructions:

Extract dcc32.exe, dcc32.jdbg, dcc100.dll, and dcc100.jdbg to your Turbo Bin directory (by default this is c:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin).

If you have a German, French or Japanese version of Turbo Professional, you should also copy the appropriate localized files to your Turbo Bin directory (dcc32.de, dcc32.fr dcc32.jp, dcc100.de, dcc100.fr, dcc100.jp)
