Install instructions:

Extract dccil.exe, dccil.jdbg, dcc100il.dll, dcc100il.jdbg to your Turbo Bin directory (by default this is c:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin).

If you have a German, French or Japanese version of Turbo Professional, you should also copy the appropriate localized files to your Turbo Bin directory (dccil.de, dccil.fr dccil.jp, dcc100il.de, dcc100il.fr, dcc100il.jp)
