There are those instances when the content of an existing HTML page would lend itself to a data driven PHP application. The problem arises because PHP does not appreciate raw HTML. That is where our utility hits its stride. Our Delphi XE3 utility takes raw HTML (including HTML5) and converts it to a format PHP appreciates and can work with.Basically each line in the HTML file is read, formatted and outputted for PHP.
