This hotfix addresses compile time errors when targeting iOS 9.2 using C++Builder or RAD Studio 10 Seattle.
Updates, hot fixes, and patches are provided exclusively to customers with an active Update Subscription, however, this particular critical patch is being provided to all 10 Seattle customers.
This brings the localized compiler in sync with the English version.
This update is available only to Update Subscription customers.

This hotfix provides fixes for:
- Memory and GDI object leak in IDE after Update 1 - RSP-13023.

Warning: If you are installing the Subscription Update 1, you need to uninstall 10 Seattle first, and then run the installer for Subscription Update 1.
A Double Layer (dual layer) high capacity DVD is required for burning a physical disc.
