Countless times I wanted a todo list, or some comments as to why Id used something in a specific version, or a list of versions of components needed by the project to compile in case Id forgotten, so I wrote this to allow me to bring up a given file to remind me.
The file format can be htm, html, rtf, doc or txt. Simply add the line
{%readme 'readme.txt'}
with the relevant filename to your project, and that file - assuming its available in your current project directory, will be opened.
