I needed a small utility to verify that NUMA had been enabled on a couple of servers we have. SiSoft Sandra shows this info, but AFAICT not without running an extensive benchmark first. Running such a benchmark in a production environment is rarely feasible.

The utility will simply enumerate all CPUs, and list which NUMA node each CPU belongs to (and available memory in that node). Inferior CPUs (Intel Xeon) will only show a single node.

Functions used: GetNumaProcessorNode() and GetNumaAvailableMemoryNode().
