Description
IeeeNbrAnalyzer, given the text representation of a decimal number, will convert it into its extended, double, or single floating binary point representation and then analyze that into
(1) its exact value decimal fraction value,
(2) its exponent and hex fraction mantissa,
(3) the hexadecimal byte value,
(4) and the value that FloatToStr() returns.

It is useful for understanding problems when you are trying to use floating binary number types like extended, double, or single for storing numbers with decimal fraction digits.
