Description
Included the Linux-version of IB Console. I called it 1.1.0.28 (in the About box). This version supports IB 7.5 and has builtin help.
Users should extract to \usr\local\IBConsole. Desktop shortcuts for Gnome and KDE are included. From a terminal users can start with the command:
sh \usr\local\IBConsole\startibc.sh

File had to be zipped using Winzip to get CodeCentral to accept it.
It might require unzipping to TAR format first under windows because
of this. I do not have a current Linux install to test if it will
unzip correctly under Linux directly.
