Description
See article http://bdn.borland.com/article/0,1410,32709,00.html
This unit adds a command to the IDE that will automatically insert TODO's for each empty block (begin/end, try/finally, and so on with no statements enclosed).

For example, the following method contains an empty block:

procedure TMyClass.NotYetWritten;
begin
end;

Automatic TODO insertion will add this:

procedure TMyClass.NotYetWritten;
begin
//TODO 5 -oPeter -cEmpty Block : TMyClass.NotYetWritten (begin/end in procedure)
end;

(Of course, in stead of "Peter", you'll find your own Windows username!!).
