MS SQL Server allows users/programmers to create extended stored procedures using their favorite programming language.
Below is a DELPHI only, SOURCE CODE INCLUDED, pure pascal library that allows users to create custom extended stored procedures. The CB (cbuilder) version, pure 'cpp' will be coming out in a month or so.
