IDE notifier which updates the target executable's PE header TimeDateStamp value after a successful compilation. This value is also shown in the "Project Information" dialog.
Installation: create a desingtime-only package, add this unit to the package, add designide.dcp to the 'requires' clause of the package, compile and install the package.
