Delphi 5 does not remember which project was previously active in a project group before it was closed: when you reopen a project group the last project of the project group is always activated.
This is an implementation of IOTAIDENotifier interface that emulates Delphi 6 behavior: it saves information about last active project into the project group's .dsk file.
When you reopen the project group it reads the information from the .dsk file and reactivates the previously active project accordingly.

Installation: simply create a new designtime only package, add the ProjectDesktop unit to it, add designide.dcp to its requires clause, compile and install the package.
