Description
The UIL Plugin System is a powerful set of components and classes which allow you to easily add plugin capabilities to your software. A Plugin is simply a DLL file which can contain forms, commands or changes to your main Host application. Simply the existance of the DLL file can change your application.

This system can give your applications features similar to products like Photoshop. You have complete control over what plugins to load and what capabilities those plugins have.

After getting such a fantastic response from the Delphi community about our UIL Plugin System 4.0, we decided we should take a step back and see how we could improve the system to make it easier to use and easier to maintain.

The major problem with using plugins is that developing the plugins themselves requires too much work. You need to run the wizard, and it writes most of the code for you, but if you need to add new commands, or modify the bitmaps, you suddenly need to write code, hack resources, and so on.

The UIL Plugin System 5.1 remedies all that by making itself visual. Without going into too much detail, the amount of code you need to write in the new system is almost nothing -- even when adding, removing or changing commands! In fact, creating a plugin is almost as easy as editing a form!

Best of all, the whole system is free of charge and includes full source! You are welcome to use this product in any application you choose!
