Description
This Procedure adds Columns to a TListView
Where a TListView already has columns, this procedure allows the addition of extra columns.
If fDeleteCols is TRUE the ALL columns are deleted.

fListView : Listview name
fColCaption : column caption to be added (the name of the column)
fColWidth : Column Width -1 := max width; -2 := width of caption (set the column to the required width or max width or caption width)
fDeleteCols : delete current columns if true

Procedure LVAddCol(fListView: TListView; fColCaption: string; fColWidth: integer; fDeleteCols: Boolean);
begin
if fDeleteCols then
Tlistview(fListView).Columns.Clear;
Tlistview(fListView).Columns.Add.Caption := fColCaption;
Tlistview(fListView).Columns.Items[Tlistview(fListView).Columns.Count - 1].Width := fColWidth;
end;
